We are constantly scanning our customer's websites for security risks. Unfortunately, even with proactive monitoring, it is impossible to catch every security issue. If your website is ever breached, we will respond immediately (during business hours) to restrict access to your server, reset all passwords, restore your website, and take any necessary measures to close the security risk. Note: you must be a current care plan subscriber to use this service.

Why do I need a care plan?
You have a website that is crucial to your business. It generates leads, customers, and revenue (or at least it should). It’s a channel through which customers, suppliers, potential new staff, and partners will find you and engage with you. It is fundamental to the success of your business and you want peace of mind that it will be up and available for your audience 24/7 without interruption.

Can't I just update my website on my own?
Keeping your website up to date, backed up and secure can be time-consuming and a little tedious. It takes you away from what you should be doing, which is building relationships with your customers, staff, and partners.

A simple change is anything that will take us less than 30 minutes to complete. These tasks include updating a logo, changing some text, fixing a plugin error, or even building a new page.

1 support hour banked?
Yup! When you signup for our Premium Plus plan, you get 1 hour of support included. These hours can be banked (up to 5 hours) for future months. You can use these support hours for things like website enhancements, troubleshooting weird issues, or for technical consultation.

What happens if my website goes down?
If your website ever goes down (and you're a care plan subscriber), we will be notified and immediately begin working on getting it back up. If it is a host issue, we will work with them on your behalf.

Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Just send us an email to care@conviennet.com letting us know and we will cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the care plan until the current subscription ends.
